|  Passed!!! I want to thank everyone on the site for all the info!!  I am female 5' 7" and overweight and no metabolism to speak of. I smoke pretty much every night usually just a few puffs and the longest I have gone with out in 20 years it probably a week or 2. I followed the dilution method in the stickey and on the day of the test(Monday) I had not smoked in 28 days. I got up at 5AM and started the dilution using raspberry ice crystal light(because I knew I could drink a lot of that) 16OZ then 8 oz every 15 min. Took the 4 asprin at 5AM when I started and then at 8:30 took 8 B100 Complex and waited until I was seeing yellow again(at about 9:20) then did the test at 9:45AM. Luckily for me the facility is about 5 min away. They called today and said I passed and I start my new job tomorrow!! THANKS AGAIN for all the help and support!!!! |
