hey folks, read n2's thread about dillution, and am going that route for my test on monday.

im around 190 lbs; 5'8'', with a average metabolism id say. my test is on monday, and that will give me 8 days and some change of being clean. Im a daily smoker, with around two bowls or a bowl and a j a day. its mostly mids, but some crip.

few questions

the asprin, should i just get normal asprin, or will a generic version of acetemophin work just as well?
the red meat creatine thing, im gonna do that for a few days before the test, but should i just increase my intake from what i eat now which is none? will a simple hamburger work, or will i have to eat steak? is there a cost efficient way of doing this, like a powder thats relatively cheap?
the vitamin b thing, its b12 i need correct?

thanks for a great thread, i tried one of those drinks thinking id have the test a few days ago, and dont have the money to spend again on it, and figure this would work just as well.

any other tips to avoid dilute status? what do the tums do?
