|  pre-employment test hi folks i am 19 years old 5'9 height and 130 pounds.. i am not a heavy smoker .. i smoked first in February to April like 2 joints a day everyday.. i stopped from May to august. i smoked a joint again in September then again in October like 1/2 a joints on the 25th and a few draws on the 26th.. i am 30 days clean and i have a medicals anytime soon which i will have to take a blood test and urine test.. i have been to the gym like three times in the week for three hours a day... should i be worried? do you think i will pass my medicals? |

|  You should pass no problem. Working out releases the THC from your fat cells, and if you weren't a heavy smoker 30 days is plenty.

| That's totally up to you since you are (strongly) more then likely already clean. If you are hesitate, just stop 2 days before real test. I would say good luck, but I doubt you will need much luck. |

| There is NO WAY....repeat....NO WAY....to test postive for thc if you were exposed to the smoke only. |
