After 72 days going without I was "randomed" at work. The test I took was a non dot urine screen rs35. For weeks I could only produce a faint line so I drank about 40 oz of water before the test. Right now I am really on edge! I took the test on tuesday at 8:30am. Does anyone know how long these things take to get back the results? Thanks.

No one will notify you if you pass, only if you fail will you be notified. If you don't hear from anyone by next Wednesday, you can assume you are ok.

I am going to hijack this thread because I have a similar question and the OP's has been answered.

I took my test two Tuesdays ago (11/18) at the end of the day. I didn't substitute anything, just used my real pee, but drank a bit of fruit juice in an attempt to dilute slightly.

I'm counting 3 business days (11/19-21) that week, and 3 during the next week (11/24-26). I assume that Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving are holidays and not considered in this.

When can I assume with reasonable certainty that I'm in the clear?

My employer isn't going to contact me for about a month assuming all of my contigencies check out, so I won't receive any notice unless I fail.

If an MRO doesn't contact you by next Tuesday, at the latest, you can assume you are in the clear. I would think that the time that has already passed has been enough, but just for insurance sake, I would give it a couple more days. Most of the MRO's worked the day after Thanksgiving, Labs too, except for LabCorp.

I hear what you are saying! But every week I would home test myself and for the last three weeks all I would get is a very faint line.

May I know how much you smoked before those 72 days? I'm just amazed.

As has been said here many times, a faint line is a negative. It is rare that the marijuana test line is as dark as the control line on the instant tests.
