I recently purchased puranol 5 day detoxifying cleanser from gnc. My friend who works there advised me to use it because I have a probation drop on the 6th of January. The last time I had a couple hits of a blunt was on the 23rd. Do you know if the detox will effectively cleanse my system of any traces of thc? also to make things a little more worriful, I took one dose yesterday and had a drink later on that night and realized that I probably shouldn't drink while on the detox. I am soposed to take 2 doses a day for 5 days so I plan to finish the rest of the doses on the 1st. I'm 5'8", about 165 pretty much all muscle very little fat, I think my metabolism is medium fast. Can someone give me some advice ?

Smoking while on probation is madness. Remember all of that concrete and steel and screaming, the fighting psychopaths and terrible chow? But I digress... Throw out the magic potion. You have less than a week. Follow the dilution method to the letter and you'll be fine. Be sure to eat red meat everyday leading up to UA and be lazy. Add some Rolaids and salt water to the dilution method and you'll be fine. Next time you're tempted to smoke, do what I did: imagine what your life would be like (and how it would affect your family) if you had to serve out your time in the county lockup. I'm totally not preaching here. I've been there. I just hate to see others go through it and once it's over, it's over, you know. Good luck to you, bro. We're here to help you get through this....

Pills, potions, it's all the same. Use the Search tool above to look up information about these supposed "detox" solutions. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you, but they just don't work. The only thing that works (in a situation like yours where you can't risk substituting clean urine) is N2's dilution method found at the top of the forum. If you follow that method to the letter, eat red meat at every meal, take creatine to load your body up and avoid a diluted result, lay around and be lazy for the 5 days leading up to the test, and add a few Rolaids and a couple of shot glasses of warm salt water into the replacement steps when you do the dilution, you should be fine. You want to make sure you void at least 5 times before the test and take plenty of B vitamins for color, as well as practice the method with a home test prior to the real thing, and I'd bet my house that you'll pass.
