|  Want to pass my drug tests Ok so I recently got into some legal trouble. It will be six to nine months before they file charges. In that time my lawyer stated that it would be a good idea to do some monthly drug tests, and my parents are pressuring me to do them as well. I told them I would because I am in some very serious legal trouble. I would like to continue smoking marijuana however, so I had a couple questions about drug testing. 1. If I fail a drug test that I have chosen to take on my own accord, could anyone else know, namely the police or the prosecuting attorney. 2. Is cheating a drug test illegal? What would they do if I were to get caught with a piss bag? |
