Just wanted to get some thoughts and opinions about my chances about a upcoming urine test. I discovered this site last night and read every thread back to page 10 including the stickies because I am so paranoid.

I have a urine test for a job on the 12th of january, the last time I smoked was last night the 3rd about 0.4gs of some high quality stuff and before that I smoked every day and stopped on the night of december 29th.

Here is some basic info:

-5'10

-200 pounds(I goto the gym and just lift about 3-4 times a week and have been doing so for about 4 years. Not cut or anything and have a belly but have a decent amount of muscles too). Im guessing I have below average metabolism

I smoke about 3-4 Ciggs a day

daily smoker for about 8 months, 0.7gs/night(high quality), stopped the everyday on the morning of the 30th(I only smoke at night).

Recently smoked once on the 3rd of January but only about 0.4gs(same quality)

The test is on the 12th, I have been drinking about 100oz of water a day and have been eating healthy. On top of that I have started a 10 day "herbal clean" detox, which is pretty much 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night.

Just want to get some thoughts if I would even pass or have to go the alternative which is use someone else's piss.

I think you have a chance if you don't smoke anymore and use the dilution method in this forum.

OR....better yet...without undue stress...go buy Quick Fix (or find a completely clean person) and practice the subbing method. Temps are easy with a practice run or two.

I can grab a small shampoo bottle from cvs, where do i find those warming things to warm it up and how do they work? and do i just put it in my pocket or tape it somewhere?

There is a "sticky" called Substitution... Look for it in the upper portion of the urine testing menu page. Read it. All your questions will be answered.
