ok..i work for a company that drug tests you if you wreck the company vehicle...i was driving down the highway today and hit some debris in the road...it went under the car and really did some damage to the axle and such...i kept the car under control and wasn't injured...

i just don't know if they will see this as a "wreck" or what...

i know it will be different for different companies...but does anyone have any idea about this kind of scenario?


ps.

i did this after work hours...i drive my car home...so they couldn't test me today...

well, they did test me...

i have a test every year so i quit smoking on monday the 26th...but i havn't been smoking daily since before christmas...after that i'd just smoke a bowl every couple days...shwag at that..i'm a pretty big guy...6'7 280-90 lbs...i have a moderate metabolism...

i got home about 7 pm after the accident and i slammed a few glasses of water and 5 off topic carbonated drinks...that really got me pissing alot...about 5 or 6 times before i went to bed...i also took 4 niacin pills during that time...and about 4 asprin...

last night i got some "ultimate gold" drink incase of a test...

my cell phone rang at 7:45 saying i needed to take a drug test...so i slammed the drink and waited a minute and filled it with water and drank that...that was about 8...i took more asprin and took a shower and stuff...

i pissed when i first woke up and about 3 or 4 more times before the test..i took the test between 9:30 and 10...

think i'm cool? between the flushing last night and the detox drink this morning?

I don't know if your cool or not, but I'm thinking you might not pass it. From what I've read those detox drinks either don't work or rely on you to drink lots of water, making the detox drinks themselves worthless.

From what I know, you can't actually detox the thc metabolites out of your system, you just dilute your urine to hide the metabolites.

my immediate boss knows i smoke weed. i dunno how cool with it he is...but he's not the problem. i work for a rather large company. we have a fleet manager. since this is a deal with a company car it's his department...and he's a dick...but in the event that the test comes back positive i don't think it will be his call on the disciplinary action they take.

i think my boss will stick up for me. but it's prolly gonna be over his head. even his boss is pretty cool.. but the head dude won't like it too much. so who knows

one thing i have going for me is that i had a 4 week vacation around christmas...i'll tell them i smoked a bit during that time, so maybe they'll take it easy on me.

i just hope i pass the test..this is gonna be a really tough weekend.

i work in the I.T department...i've been there for 3 years and havn't had any trouble before..no write ups or warnings or anything...

this is a really busy time of year for us...i don't think they will want to replace me with someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of our program right now...

that's why i think my boss will stick up for me...he's a lazy bastard and he doesn't wanna have to drive 2 hours every day to do my job and fool with training some new guy and stuff..

You should not admit anything; he could be tricking you into confessing.
If you are not getting hair tested the odds are in you’re favor to pass the test. If you admit to you’re boss that you were smoking weed and wound up passing the test, you dug your own grave. Main thing to worry about is passing the test.
