I am scheduled for a urine drug test with Quest lab in 3 days for Professional job pre-employment screening. I have tried 2 home test with 50ng cutoff but I am worried the test I am taking is 20ng cutoff (I think). One test had very faint line for neg and other was essentially positive. I am drinking water and cranberry juice like crazy and have increased my fiber to "poop" more. I am not exactly sure of when I last smoked but I think it was about 3 wks ago. I had been smoking about a joint a day before then. I am 50 yr old female slow metabolism, menopausal, minimal exercise, 180 lbs, most of fat is waist, size 12 bottom/ 14 top. Sorry so much info but I need this job bad. The paperwork for Quest says 21587N SAP 9-20 W/OPI + MEP. My question is would it help to spend serious time tommorrow in the sauna sweating some of this stuff out and forcing fluid like crazy. Substitute urine is not an option. Also what EXACTLY is the dilution method and does anyone know about this test....I AM FREAKING OUT!!!
