I'm 180 lbs, 6'2 with a metabolism that is normally very fast...but I'm currently on seasonal un-employment so it's slowed down a little bit. I currently do not work out at all. I got a job offer to move across the country and I want to take it. I was a heavy user until September of 08. Since then I've used very sparingly. The last time I used was last thursday, I had one hit. Before that was new years eve, and before that was maybe once or twice a month since september.

My test on on February 9th, Should I being taking any preparation steps? Or should I just begin steps to dillute. I've read all of the stickies and informative threads. I've even read everyones threads on the first two pages. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Its just a guess but you should be ok. If you're really concerned either buy a couple test strips and test yourself or sub with synthetic urine.
