So finally after 30 days clean, I am seeing a much darker albeit lighter than the control line, but still an obvious pass on the thc test strips. When I check the sample with adulteration strips, the creatine is right around 20mg, but it is marginal. I started increasing my creatine supplements from 10 grams a day to 15 or more so I expect a slight increase in this area in the next couple of days. However, I am more concerned with specific gravity. The strips I am using indicate that I am getting a marginal pass here also. The color indicates that at best I am at 1.005, but there is just enough blue in the green that it could be interpreted as somewhere between 1.000(fail) and 1.005(pass). I have been researching increasing specific gravity on the forums as well as elsewhere on the internet. Tums w/sodium and calcium, salt water and sucrose seem to be the best ways to increase SG. The results above are from the following testing procedure executed today.

11:40am 2-8 ounce glasses of cranberry juice, 6 tums, 4 aspirin, 1 b vitamin with 10x the daily B2.

11:55am 1-8 ounce glass of cranberry juice, 2 tums.

12:10pm 1-8 ounce glass of cranberry juice, 2 tums.

12:25pm 1-8 ounce glass of cranberry juice, 2 tums.

12:40pm 1-8 ounce glass of cranberry juice, 2 tums. 1 b vitamin with 10x the daily B2.

-1st void - drank 3 ounces of powerade and had 1 tums
-2nd void - drank 3 ounces of powerade and had 1 tums

-at 2:40pm -3rd void - drank 3 ounces of powerade and had 1 tums (this is where I tested and got results above)

I have been trying to perfect this for the last week. I am so sick of water, cranberry juice, tums and creatine.

Tomorrow, I am going to try a lighter dilution, but what I am asking today is:

Has anyone found a way to bump up the specific gravity to maybe 1.010 or 1.015 that included doing something different than I describe above? I really appreciate any guidance from the experts. Sorry for the long post and thanks to all who spend their personal time helping us worried stressed out just want to get a good job kind of people.
