I have been very impressed by the answers on this forum, which is what made me decide to post. I am a 25 year old pothead. I have been smoking since I was 18. I have taken a few breaks here and there, no more than about 2 weeks or so. I have to take a test for my insurance company, I am getting life insurance. I stopped smoking on Saturday (6 days ago) and my test is next Friday. So I will be clean for 13 days. I am 5'10, 140lbs and I hardly ever workout. I would say I have a moderate metabolism, but I am not sure (I have some fat around my thighs and tummy). I usually smoke high grade really good stuff. I read the Sticky notes regard diluting but I just want to be sure. I had to take a test last year for my job and I just took "instant acting" its a drink that is supposed to dilute and not pop on being diluted. And I passed it with flying colors. But I bought another drink and took it last friday (while I was still smoking) and I popped positive on two at home drug tests. What should I do??? I need your help!!!
