I've used the method before, and am about to use it again, but I'm looking some some clarifications...

1.) What purpose does the aspirin serve?

2.) When loading the creatine, is it a one time shot 24-72 hours before the test or should I be loading it every day before the test for like 3 days?

3.) I'm currently doubling the normal dose of the creatine (2 heaping teaspoons instead of one) Is that what I should be doing?
