…I am not sure where to post as this is a double edged sword…Yes, I am a lurker. My paranoia hasn’t allowed me to post, but now I need someone to talk to…

My story…Daily smoker for 15 years. I’m a she, 5’3”, 130lbs to a T. I’m on day 19 of not smoking. I test tomorrow. I don’t know what kind of test so I am preparing the best I can for both. I originally thought it would be a hair test so please humor me.

Hair – light brown/blond and medium length.. I have Mac’d about 7 times total over the last 10 days. 5 days ago I went to the salon and bleached and redyed. Baking Soda Paste daily. Aloe Rid w/PG 2 times a day for the last 4 days. Tomorrow I will Aloe Rid, baking soda paste, Aloe Rid and use the wash from shop I bought. My scalp is literally falling off. I have burns all over my head.
Should I treat again tonight during the superbowl?
Any thoughts, positive or negative?
I feel that my hair bonds have been damaged, but I don’t know about the 15 years.

Urine – On Friday it entered my mind that it may just be a UA. Reading over every post for the last 5 years has answered many questions...but...
My confidence has been up and down. What a roller coaster! I have taken hometests and first void is not clear (after 15 minutes, the line is darker and I can see it, but they say don’t read it after 10 minutes, after 5 minutes I would consider it a ghost line).

So to dilute. I have perfected the method over the weekend. Test run 1 – excellent results. Test run-2 this morning, excellent results. I started loading with creatine Friday at 5pm and have been doing so all weekend. 2 hamburgers Friday, 8 oz steak Saturday, hamburger Sunday for lunch. Another hamburger for dinner. I bought a test w/adulterant strip today and specific gravity is fine (and I am blinded by the yellow color -is this normal?), it is the creatinine that worries me. I took the test at hour 40 of creatine loading. The colors are so close together – I can’t tell if it is 10,20 or negative. Do you think that it is possible that my creatinine levels will rise significantly within the next 24 hours? Any thoughts, positive or negative?

You all have been so helpful and I don’t even know you. Thank you for your knowledge! It is truly power. I will post as soon as the day progresses tomorrow and beyond. I will no longer be a toker due to the stress, depression and worry that this has caused me, but I have no regrets!

hair test go back 90 day's and are hard to beat with shampoo ect....
piss test have been screwed with so much they kinda know when its been done
so if its a legal test [court ordered ect...] then good luck they look harder than most
if for a job then I hope it's for piss test not hair my daughter went 30days clean did the shampoo thing and still failed
