Ok so I just went in to take my pre-employment UA at LabCorp. I felt like everything went smoothly and that the temperature was correct... but not 100% positive. I was trying to rush and the colors on the temp strip on the sample cup were lit up but I didn't read them. When I came out the collector had already printed up a sheet of paper for me to sign that she then took labels off of and placed onto the cup. She was very kindly and didn't seem weirded out or anything and I even jokingly asked her how I did and she laughed and told me she couldn't tell me but that I should know how well I did. After that I left and went home, then I looked at the "receipt" type thing that they gave me and it says the following (which alamred me) "Is the temperature between 90 & 100? NO Split Specimen Collection? NO Collection observed? NO" Then under remarks it said nothing... The thing that has me confused is, I am almost 100% positive that she had had that paper printed off before I came out of the bathroom, which means there is no way she could have answered a response for if the temp was correct. Should I be worried? Would she have said anything to me about the temp or made a note of it on the remarks section of the paper if she DID in fact print it out after I came out of the bathroom and the temperature wasn't correct? Thanks in advance

If the temp was noted as NOT being between 90 - 100 degrees, then you absolutely should be worried. If the temp was not right, she should have had you product a second specimen before you left.

The thing was, Sec, the sheet was already printed out by the time I came out of the bathroom, and the NO was typed, not handwritten. I finally got fed up and called a LabCorp location and they said that it didn't mean anything and to just ignore it, didn't mean I failed. So ![]()

I will let you know how it goes, but the other thing that makes me think it should be alright is that she didn't ask me for a second sample or anything, and also it said NO for whether it was a split test when it was in fact split, I saw her pouring it and I also had to initial both labels for both containers
