Hello everyone,

I have yet another question for masses. I got my human urine samples in the mail yesterday, and I've been practicing getting the temp right since then. This hasn't been too difficult to accomplish, thanks to N2's substitution guide. I've already home tested one of my samples as a sort of "quality check", and all was well. Even the adulteration test strip checked out. The only thing that seemed off to me was the color of this "real human urine". It was by no means completely clear like water, but it was a VERY pale yellow. Also, it was more of a lemon yellow rather than the more amber tones that I've always considered normal.

Does anyone see this as a problem?

Has anyone had a sample rejected based on such a color, or do they only reject completely clear samples?

I know that, if they take it, the pee will register just fine for creatinine, specific gravity etc.

Guess I'm just paranoid, but any reassurance would be great. Thank you in advance for all your help. This site is truly a life (and career) saver.
