I'm freaking out I stopped smoking exactly 30 days ago and I'm still dirty. I don't know why it's never taken this long before. Three weeks tops and I have always been clean. I am taking drgreens soft gells, niacin, cranberry pills and juice, laxitives and I'm going to a steam room in a few days. Will any of this work I have to be clean by thursday 4/2. I don't know what to do. Any suggestion will help. If nothing works I am going to dilute using tips I found here. I just want to know if I'm wasting my time and screwing my system up with all this stuff.
