Honestly I do not actually know if sauna detoxification works. I would think though that if you were to drink lots of water, work out heavily, and then hit the sauna afterwards it would help you get some of those metabolites out. I hope so anyways because thats what im doing, and one thing for sure is i do feel greatly refreshed and pure.

Anyone care to share some thoughts on this? please I do not mean to prove anyone wrong of anything or make any conclusions. Just a website I found.

Btw since I am posting what is a EMIT test considered as? a dip stick test where you urine in a cup and the dip something in it to read your toxin levels?

Also do any of the dip stick tests chick for dilution?

Reason I ask is I may be having a urine test on april 13th and would like to dilute it as much as possible. I am 6'0 / 140 pounds/ and a fast metabolism. Working out every other day running, I hope I pass, last time I smoked was the 21st of this month, prior to that I had noth smoked anything in 3 months(today is march 30th). I smoked a blunt on friday(march 20th) and a bowl on saturday(march 21st), but have been clean since. Plenty of water each day also. But it is not a lab test so I hope I can dilute it as much as I want. I AM SO PARANOID I CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT because of the test. If i do test and fail I might go to jail. If i pass yeah 18 months probation. Yeah I am going to test myself with a homekit on april 5th. Wish me luck please!
