Ok, i have a piss test in 30days from today. This is my plan to get clean....
By this time i have stoped smoking as of today

1) I will dring half a gallon of water each day for 15 days.

2) During those 15 days, i will take 500mg of niacin twice a day (moring/evening) *I know the effects of niacin so...shhh!*

3) After the 15 day mark, i will drink half a gallon of cran berry juice each day for 10days. At this point i am no longer taking niacin

4) For the last 5 days, i will use the dilute method from the sticky but take the asprin every other day (day one and three).

5) On day 5 (test day) 12 hours before the test i will drink one gallon of water AND cran berry juice. I will be peeing regulary.

6) 4 hours befor the test i will relax and take a metabolism SLOWER. That way, cannibinoids wont be released as much/fast

7) Piss time, pee into cup, give cup to person, person tells me i...


NOTES::: I am 117lbs and 5'11" I will be exsersizing 45 miniutes each day. Also with the niacin, i will take metablism bosters every day evenon test day. I am daily smoker.

So, does this plan sound good? And if there is anything else i need to do or add PLEASE tell me.
