Does anyone have tips for someone with a shy bladder? I find it extremely hard to urinate with someone fucking watching me, and I have twice a week testing, so this is obviously a problem. All I've been able to do so far is make sure I have to realllllllly go when I'm supposed to, and even then I have a really hard time getting any out. Plus on top of that the fluids I drink beforehand always make my piss seem diluted to me, which isn't going to help me at all either. Anyone ever had this issue?

Also, when I took my test today, I had barely gotten any out and I just asked the guy, how much do you need, and he said just a little bit and I showed him what I had and he said it was fine, but I couldn't have had even 30ml of urine. Is this normal? I have a suspicion that the sample may not even go to testing or he'll just declare it as dilute.

I used to do drug screens for a living. I used to own a collection facility. I would always tell people to just pretend they were at a bar and I was just waiting for the urinal. Now before I get a lot of groans for being a collector just let me say that I let a lot of positive THC drug screens slide, and the most certain way to pass a drug screen is to own the facility.

I find subbing to be much cheaper than buying or renting a building and paying employees and other expenses and compares in success rate.

If you have to go to the bathroom when you get there but freak out it's all in your head and you need to just get into a mindset that you can do it.

This is embarrassing, but honestly I almost always wait for a stall. It's way easier to pee at a bar in a urinal if i have to, the nervousness I get during the tests is just terrible.

And regarding them only needing 10ml for a dip test, does that mean that with such a small amount they won't be able to do a GC/MS test with it? I know I could probably figure all this stuff out by asking them what their procedure is but I don't really want to be suspicious.

They would probably ask you to submit a second specimen if they needed to send it to a lab for confirmation. For the screening, if it tests negative, they don't need to forward to a lab. A lot of employers use instants with lab confirmation if the instant shows non-negative.

You won't get any groans from me for being a collector, nor for owning a collection facility. I do feel like groaning you for letting positives slide. That is probably why you aren't in business any longer. There is nothing wrong with reporting positive drug tests. If a donor does his homework and researches the facts, there is no reason what-so-ever why anyone should fail a drug test. If they do fail, then they haven't done their job and if you let them slide, then you weren't doing your job.

You actually stole from the people who were paying you to do a job. You took their money and didn't complete the work as they contracted you to do. - not a very honorable way to conduct business, in my opinion.

You only need a very small amount for the rapid screen but the lab will not test it unless they have at least 15ml for a confirmation, and sometimes they wont do it unless it is 30. It is 45ml for a dot screen 30ml in bottle A and 15ml in bottle B.

Thats not the reason I'm not doing it anymore, and I would never tell them I was letting them slide, so for all they knew they passed on their own. The reason I'm not doing it anymore is because I started doing something that made more money and I sold it.

So if they are doing instant tests, and I wanted to dilute to cheat the test, would I still need to try and fix my specific gravity and creatinine?

Also are there any instant testing methods for mushrooms or do those require lab tests to confirm?

Yep. Thats because there are instant kits available that feature additional panels for creatinine, SG, and other validity checks.

Diluting isn't cheating the drug test. It is your urine, within the limits for normal human urine.
