i have a pre employment drug screening that i need to take care of within the next 48 hours. i am not too sure as to the exact date i smoked but i am pretty sure it was March 12th which was the thursday before my spring break. i basically took a few hits off a blunt. so now i am almost at 3 weeks (21 days) and i will need to take an ecup test within the next day or two. Prior to smoking on the 12th i have not smoked in a month or so. I am very skinny at 6'1" and 150 pounds. For the past 2 days i have been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice while taking cranberry pills. I also bought a home drug test for which i tested negative with my first void of the morning today. Should i still be worried? are these home drug tests reliable? and is it still possible to fail the ecup test despite passing the home drug test?

If you tested negative with your first, most concentrated urine of the day, then any urine you give during any other part of the day (as long as you are drinking fluids throughout the day) should have even less concentration of THC in it. Therefore, you should pass any test with the same cutoff level. The escreen cups have a 50 ng/mL cutoff leve.

You will pass for certain. Between you smoking history (Or lack there of) and you fast metabolism I can confidently say that will most definitely pass.
