7 day detox programs ? do they work?

Hi. I purchased a 7day detox program and was wondering if these actually work and are worth my time. I only ever have thc in my system and I would like to rid my body of it.

Then the only thing that will really work is time an aerobic exercize. Your 7 day program is a load of crap.

Nonononononononono! I bought a 2 week "perm detox" from passyourdrugtest.com, and it was the worst $200 I ever spent... Literally $ down the drain. The only thing it did was make me constantly go to the potty and lose 7lbs or so. My hunch is THATS how it works, if at all, by making you lose weight. I was putting all my eggs in that basket and it was worthless... My advice is to dilute if you dont smoke on the regular or sub if you do, if thats an option.... Good luck!!

Fyi, if ur a heavy user like I was, just do the sub if thats an option... I had 2 negative dilutes before I subbed...

I want to say no, but I have a friend who uses a 7 day detox program from GNC. He's on probation and smokes up until a week and a half of his test, then follows the program. It works for him

. He doesn't work out or anything so honestly I don't know.

He could just have a real quick metabolism and just uses the program for overkill/mental satisfaction.

Probably a combination of fast metabolism and all the fluids instructed to take with the detox program.
