|  Quick question.... Does cutting down the amount you smoke help it get out of your system faster? For example, if I smoke 4-5 times a week and it takes me a month to be clean, would that mean if I cut down smoking to once a week for the past 8 or 9 weeks then it should take less than a month to be clean? |
