I have a pre-employment urine test coming up in about a week. I'm 6' tall and weigh 150 pounds. I'm about 5-6% body fat, have a pretty fast metabolism, and exercise every day (anaerobic more than aerobic). I used to smoke regularly but stopped 10 days ago, meaning that when I take my test I'll have been clean for 17 days. Will I be clean in time? Should I use the dilution method just in case?

Also, I'm getting tested at Quest Diagnostics...I know they have both an initial screening test, which has a cutoff of 50 ng/mL, and a GC/MS confirmation test, which has a cutoff of 15 ng/mL. Do they do both tests automatically, or do they only do the GC/MS confirmation test if the initial screening test shows up positive?
