| I have two equestions. Let me first say that I started taking creatine powder 6 days before my test. I only took about 15g a day and it made me very sick with headaches and the runs. It made me very sick and 15g spread out a day isn't extreme. And yes, I was VERY hydrated taking the creatine. I downed the dose a lot after to 5g a day at 4 days before the test. And it still makes me feel like shit. Gives me bad stomache aches and headaches. I used to try to take creatine to lift weights years ago and it had the same effect. I don't seem to process it well. A. Will the 40-50g probably be plenty for dillution?... in general. and B. I am quite muscular. Nothing special but definately a lot more muscle mass than the average man. Is this any benefit? I read somewhere that it is, but I don't know that it was in this forum and can't find it. Test is Monday. Still taking creatine so... but I guess it's getting past the point of where it will help. I can easily pass a home test with just a little dilution. I have tried to find a minimum safe point just to know, but will dilute plenty more for the test. |
