|  State Farm employee testing - Once or randomly? Hello!! I'm hoping against hope that somewhere out there, reading this board, is a past or present State Farm employee -- ideally, a Claims Rep. I've applied for, won, accepted, and passed the qualification tests (including a pre-employment drug screen - yay!). My question is, should I expect random testing on the job? Also importantly, I've been promised the chance for a major promotion in less than a year, and I need to know whether to expect another drug screen and test battery. Dear lord I miss smoking, but I went through such utter terror before the first drug screen, I don't want to have to worry like that again. And I'm not sure how to ask the people who work there in such a way that's 100% safe to not get the offer rescinded. |
