Hi, I've been reading all over the internet about how to pass this drug test I have tomorrow (which of course if for an awesome opportunity for me in this terrible economy), and I decided to go with the dilution strategy. Some stats: 26 years old, pretty light smoker, maybe 2-3 times a week (max), 190 lbs, 5'10", probably low to moderate metabolism, I don't exercise all that much. I last smoked last Friday (today is Tuesday), I took about 2 hits, and before that it was probably the weekend or Monday.

My question is regarding the tried and true Dilution method posted by N2. I started taking creatine yesterday (Monday), and went through a practice run today. I took a take-home test I got at CVS, which by the way, appear to be the best, because they include an adulteration test with it for basically the same price as other drug stores. My results for THC came back negative, but my creatine level was pretty low and I couldn't tell if was too low or just at the right level because the tan color was pretty close to both levels. Also, my specific gravity level was definitely too low.

Probably the thing I did wrong was just drink water, until I did some additional research today, and saw that I should have instead been drinking Gatorade to up the SG, in addition to eating some tums (which I don't think were in the original dilution post). My question is, do you think that the switch to Gatorade, the extra 24 hours of creatine digestion, eating salmon tonight for dinner, and taking tums tomorrow will help to up the levels of creatine and SG? Any help anyone could provide would be much appreciated.

Just what the hell is a "supervised" test?

Tests are sometimes monitored when they are done in a multiple stall restroom or a restroom has two separate exits/entrances

Tests are also observed when the donor gives cause such as previously failing a drug test, giving a cold, off color, funny smelling or looking specimen, etc...

No one ever supervises a drug test void, at least it is assumed that everyone knows how to pee in a cup.
