Pre-employment physical at U.S. Healthworks...

I just found out that I have to take a "pre-employment physical" at U.S. Healthworks tomorrow morning for a new Valet job... And no, I do not think that at this point detox is possible.

I have just picked up a quick fix synthetic urine kit. Anyone have any experience with it? advice?

I'm not sure if I'll even have to do a drug test, but I have a good feeling. It's probably wishful thinking, but on the treatment authorization form that my employer gave me to give to U.S. Healthworks when I go, he only checked the box for "Physical Exam - Pre Employment Physical". There are a lot of boxes for drug/alcohol tests, but none are checked. Should I even be concerned then?

Also, if I'm getting a physical, I'm having concerns as to how exactly I would pull off a substitution if I'm going to be potentially looked over by a doctor...

What I could use most is any advice from people who have had experience with U.S. Healthworks.

I am scanning the form.
