Hi everyone, Tested on Monday (6/15) and because I can't sit still without knowing, I checked on Advanced Toxicology's site (the MRO) for the status. It's Thursday (6/18) and said "specimen not received." The collection was done at a local facility, and was being shipped to Labcorp. Is it too soon for this information to be available, or does it mean my initial test was good. Any advice is helpful, so thanks!

Advanced Toxicology is ATN. A laboratory If you checked on ATN's website for a specimen that was sent to LabCorp, it is of little wonder that ATN didn't have the specimen registered. They are two very different laboratories.

Hi Sec - thanks for replying, and apologies for not being more specific in my question. Labcorp was doing the testing, and Advanced is the listed MRO. If it goes to MRO, would that information already be available is what I am trying to determine. If in fact the chain of custody doesn't reveal that, then that's fine. I had read on this site you could check that site and I did, which is where I got the information I posted. Clearly like most people the wait is the toughest. I subbed, although I tested negative prior to the test (I don't know if the employer requested a lower than DOT threshold and wanted my best shot), but put a *very* small amount of my own in because she drew a line with her pen on the cup. I tested my sub the night before with a 12-panel that also had the validity test. I have simply been using the 50ng strip tests for myself. Stupid is as stupid does, I realize. I have read the information you posted, also, but am still unclear about the lab to MRO process, or whether adequate time has passed for it to go from lab to MRO if the specimen came up questionable. Thanks so much for your time.

You do not have access to a MRO website to obtain your results unless you actually commissioned the test. MRO's will report only to a DER (Designated Employer Representative).
