I need advice

I have not smoked alot in the past month. Once when I was in Israel a few weeks ago and I took one puff of a j in my mouth this past monday. I have a drug test this monday for pre-hiring for my waiter position and I am really nervous for it. I weigh 168 and i am 5'8 but it is alot of muscle and I work out occationally. I think I have an above average metabolism but not like super fast. I have been drinking alot of water for the past few days, but is there anything else I can do to help rid myself of the toxins in my body so I can pass this test?

OMFG they are testing servers now? JHC. What has this world come to when you can even get a restaurant job without dropping? Stop drinking water (you can't flush THC out of your system with water) and read the dilution or substitution thread so you can pass. Good luck.
