Test is coming up this week. I will be 43 days clean, but I am still testing positive on 1st voids. I smoked 1-2g a day of grade-a for ~3 years. I'm 6'3'', 180, good metabolism, pretty thin. I hate all you that say you're clean 21 days after the fact. Goes to show you, like everyone always says, everyone's body is different.

Anyways, I can test clean easily while diluting, and I have a couple B2 questions.

The bottle does not specify if they are time release or not. Does anybody know if these specific ones are or not? I would assume they are not because it is simply not mentioned. I can upload a picture of the pills if that would help anybody.

Second question is about quantity. Each pill is 100MG, which according to the label is 5882% of the daily value.The accepted window on these forums is 5-10x the daily value, but they also usually say 5-10 pills. I don't want to over/under do it... But 5882% seems a little crazy, by my math that's ~58 the daily value per pill. That can't be right. Does anybody know the optimum window of B2 in terms of MG while diluting?
