Go ahead and take your test. You should be just fine. Don't worry about goldenseal, creatinine or anything else.

Just don't waterload before you test. Just drink fluids as you woule\d normally drink on every other day.

You are going to be just fine.

Thanks for yall's help. I decided to wait at the end of last week and take my test today, giving myself about a week since I stopped taking goldenseal. Got up early this morning and pissed around 7:30, had a nice breakfast with cereal, bananas and a smoothie, and then a couple hours later had a protein bar and a 20 oz Gatorade. Took my test at around 10:30-11 and everything seemed to go smoothly (though now I'm a little worried about the protein bar!). The attendant didn't even measure the temp, just checked it off immediately. Overall, got in and out pretty quickly and I didn't even have a chance to get nervous or anything. So I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me out and easing my concerns, and a big shout out to this forum for providing so much information and advice to people like me, yall rock.
