The facts:
22 years old
8-8.5% body fat
187 lbs.
smoked chronic for years every day pretty much. (somewhat heavily)
last time i smoked: Thursday (middle of night truly fri morning)
Exercise regularly for years up until Monday

Precautionary measures: Load up on fatty foods for past couple of days. Eating a decent amount of red meat( large quantity 1 meal a day for creatine).

I've been researching the dilution technique a bit, but my concern is not whether or not I will pass using that method, but if I will over-dilute. I've been eating some red meat to try to combat this, but I want to be careful because I cant take any chances. How much red meat should suffice? I don't have an actual creatine supplement, but I have a lot of red meat haha. Is there anything in particular that I should be careful for? I was thinking that I would do a test run with a thc test from CVS, but I don't think they are capable of testing dilution. Is this true? Any other tips or tricks that I may have overlooked? Should I strictly avoid alcohol? And finally, should i be sure not to excercise up until the test? I can take it anytime til next thursday so I have the time to handle it as I please (thank god!!)...But I am very risk averse and I want to smoke ASAP haha. How do you think i'll do? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have similar stats, and it took me 40-50 days to test clean without dilution. I was able to pass a dip-test, with no validity strip, after about 10 days, but I was literally pissing h20. As far as I know, no over the counter drug test comes with a creatinine/SG strip. They are available on the internets.

What kind of test is this? Sounds to me like you should consider joining the sub-club.

It's a pre-employment screening, but i'm actually going to work for a resort. How much water is too much water? I was thinking I could try the dilution method with minimal water and do a practice run, then if i fail, add water and try again, and so on. I think that should give me a pretty accurate feel for how much I will need without going overboard. I was thinkin about getting a $15 test from CVS but I'm open to suggestions... any ideas?

Get some Niacin pills. Pretty much, it's a very good form of detox. Since you've been smoking so much for so long, I can imagine you have soo much THC in your body. Four or five rounds of Niacin detox, 2 pills per round, would probably clear you out. It works by temporarily making your capillaries bigger so more blood goes through and detoxifies your body. Don't believe me? Niacin Flush - What is it? That website doesn't say anything about passing a piss test with it, but it'll flush out that THC. Oh, and go to your local supermarket and buy as much green tea as you can. Not Lipton, but any kind of real, high-quality, unsweetened green tea; the kind you brew yourself. It has lots of antioxidants. Drink tons and tons of it you'll be pissing out all that THC. (: Hope this helped and good luck!

Sigh... You can't "detox" THC from your body. Please search niacin, the argument is played. It isn't the wonder fix. You will have detectable amounts for atleast a month no matter what crap you put in your body. Green tea is no different than water. It ONLY helps the day of the test.

What you should really do is read about substituiton. Pre-employment screenings are almost never directly observed. Someone just stands on the other side of the door. You can use something like Quick Fix Urine to know 100% you will pass. It is really not that hard, the only way you can screw it up is temperature. Read the substitution sticky for advice on how to do it. If you go this rout, the best part is, you get to light a huge blunt tonight. You also get to walk out of the clinic knowing that you passed for sure.

Oh, and you could also just get some clean urine and reheat it for the test. It's cheaper that way.

When in doubt, when you can- Substitute!



**edit: By resort, do you mean somewhere far away from home? I could see how this would make it trickier to substitute.**

U know what.. I was thinking the same exact thing haha. That's the only sure-fire 100% successful way of doing it. Im gonna go by my local headshop to see if they sell it.

He's long gone. Be carefull what brand you buy, I have heard people on these forums who have failed with shady brands. Research before you spend your money.

how confident is everyone in the quick fix? I just purchased it and the person who sold it to me seemed confident. Not that that matters too much though lol he's the one who sold it.
