I made the substitution waiting a few moments, took a leak in the toilet and came out. The guy was about 30 feet down the hall so I was confident he didn’t hear me make the transfer. He checked the temp 97.5 and filled out the paperwork, allowed me to wash my hands and flush the toilet. I heard back today from my employer that I start first thing on Monday. So thanks again to all that have offered good advice.

Folks, did you note, While she passed, her friends test came back as adultrated. That is exactly why I only eecomend the additive masking products like Urine Luck as a LAST resort.

I substituted my sister's clean fresh urine for mine, but that wasn't my downfall. I'd read a post here that you could raise the temp on the specimen cup by urinating in the sample cup, pouring it out & refilling with the clean urine. I had NO IDEA that the couple of drops that may have been left in the cup would be enough to taint my clean urine up to 20ng. Sad thing is the substitute temperature was probably high enough on its own that it didn't matter.

I learned my lesson the hard way. Hope this helps others.

You must practice this, it not easy doing it without trying it first.

i have my exact method below in case anyone is interested

my method:

2 days before test: started taking as much creatine as i could possible handle. i also ate lots of red meats (pizza hut meat lovers pizza yummy) also took multivitamins and b complex vitamins.

test day:

1) woke up, voided once, then began dranking 16oz of water, took 1 2g creatine tablet and 1 multivitamin.

2) after the first bottle of water, i took my Covert Labs' Strip NC Softgel, along with 4 aspirin, washed it down with a 16oz bottle of gatorade

3) withn the next hour i drank 2 more 16oz bottles of gatorade, took about 2 more aspirin and 4 vitamin b complex caplets, then took an @home test -> passed it.

(i voided 3-4 times within this hour)

after i passed the test, i immediately voided one more time then jumped in the car and headed to the clinic. at the clinic i voided again and then waited about 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room fighting all urges to pee.

i ended up taking the test at about 11:44am and my pee was vitamin green.
