I smoke 3-4 times a day of potent herb. I'm 6'2, 210 with average metabolism. I may be required to take a pre-employment urine test for a job with the state of California. My doctor is willing to prescribe me a prescription for Marinol. Does anyone see anything wrong with tellling the lab that I have a prescription for Marinol? Will the lab tell the employer that I tested positive for Marinol? Can they deny me employment because I tested positive for THC even though I advised them that I'm on Marinol? Any advice or insight will be greatly appreciated.

As long as the prescription drug was reported on the control and custody form, your fine. the urine test looks for thcv which marinol does not add to your urine. tests have concluded there is a difference in marinol (wont appear on tests) and smoked/eaten weed (will appear)
