i have an importnat test tomorrow i dran kcranberry last Friday and have been drinking a ton of water for the the last threee days i wiegh 165 and am 6 2 i smoked about 13 days ago am i good to go i also took golden seal root tonight girlfriend is rewgular user and says that goldenseal is the best so is crnaberry is she right i am just a occasional user probably smoke maybe once a month. any help is more than welcome

If you only smoke once a month, you're likly already below testing levels. Get down to your drug store and get a home test. If it comes up clean, without all the extra fluid, you're good to go. If not, then drink up. It's the additional fluid that allows you to dilute your urine to below the test cutoff. GoldenSeal does not help. As this is a DOT test, you will not be observed, so substituting a clean sample will eliminate any possibility of failure. A clean urine doner can be any age or sex. All that matters is that the urine is clean. Urine must be used within 8 hours at room/body temp or can be stored frozen for up to 1 year. Then thawed and warmed to body temp when needed. Read the substitution guidelines sticked to the top of the main board.

thanks mate i appreciate the help i have tons of water here bought 2 gallons tonight!! and made sure not to exercise just get me through this, i am so nervous i really am not much of a smoker i don't seem to get high from it very often i have just been experimneting.

don't know waht it was but i used goldenseal root gatorade ton of cranberry juice water and aspirin so not sure what worked! thanks for the concern though
