correction, the last time that i smoked was wednesday night. it was thursday that i found out that i was going to be tested. so by monday it will have been 3 and a half days. sure in the heck not a lot of time, but reading the previous post makes me feel a little bit better. thanx again : )

i have, should i do it more than one time a day? the bottle says just once a day, but extreme circumstances call for extreme measures, correct?

Dear N2 and gang,

Was a regular smoker, a hit or two most weekdays after work and lots every weekend, 5'11'', 210, workout 3-4 times a week. Labor day (Sept. 5) was my last hit. Was out of bud the week before that. Took a home test called UTest for THC. I tested this morning (Sept. 27) when I woke up and was negative. I am starting a new government job. Was told I would be sent testing instructions for a drug screening. I have no idea what kind of test, but the job is one I cannot let slip. Especially because I have already turned in my notice of resignation and everybody is bidding me farewell. I have read every submission on this thread and do not remember reading one that addresses this issue. I am wondering if I should go through with the dilute procedures as added security of a passing the test, or if I should just throw the dice and hope the home test was right. Also, if I were just to do a short dilute course the a day or two before the exam, how would you proceed?

been smokin' dope since '65. now, since the smoke is good, it only takes a couple 'a puffs to appreciate an altered head. had to get a job that required a urinalysis. your advice was the only that i followed, with these differences:
1. stopped smoking anything for 7 full days.
2. drank gallons of liquids (only 3 beers and no sodas), during the seven-day "fast," primarily iced tea.
3. for aspirin: two 325mg bayer and two 5 gr generic aspirin (for the "four aspirin").
4. used creatine monohydrate thusly: 1 heaping tbsp. 4 times day 1; 1 tbsp. 2 times a day days 2-6.
5. took the exam at 10:30 a.m., which meant getting up at 6:30 a.m., and initiated "Step 2."
6. took vitamin B12, which did nothing to increase the yellowishness of my urine, but being an "oldguy" might have something to do with metabolism.
Have no idea what the actual levels were for any of the tests -- just that they were passable.

The company that I hope to work for will perform a physical examination/drug "screen". If I do the dilution method, and they perform all those tests on the urine (due to physical exam), does anyone think that I'll pass?

ok, I have a dilema. I have been reading your responses on how to detox and such, in order to get the job. And they are great.

What if you already have the job? I have had 3 interviews with this company, today was my first day and I got a phone call while on the job, that I have to take a test. Which is tomorrow at 2:30 pm. I already knew about the test, I thought I was getting the test before I was hired.

I've already had my first day, I have a room booked for out of town training. I thought I was through the 'final hiring' process. I have about 20 hours.

its a little hard to do that, since its already done. remember, i only had 20 hours to do so. I posted at 9pm last night, so all the head shops or where ever I can pick quick fix up, would be closed.

I did my test today, my pee was quite clear, except for a slight touch of yellow. They are doing a 5 panel/thc50 and a urine alcohol.
I know I dont have alcohol in my system, but I sure did have thc in it. Well, we'll see. I'll let you know if I'm still at this job, or if I'm in search for a new one
