i have, should i do it more than one time a day? the bottle says just once a day, but extreme circumstances call for extreme measures, correct?

so, in order to get it there, should i do it more than one time a day? i did it this afternoon, i am thinking that i will do it again before bed. and then 2x tomorrow, and 2x on sunday.should i take it even more than that?
since i will be testing on monday, it won't do me any good to do it then??

Most report that B12 doesn't color the urine as well as B2, and after all, it is just for some color in the urine. N2

i couldn't find the B2 at three different stores, make that 4 if you count GNC. i went with the B complex. and i didn't notice any color at all in my urine. but i am really not gonna worry about it. isn't it the creatine that pretty much determines if your urine is diluted or not??
i did notice this morning that my urine was VERY vitaminy smelling LOL

K, another question (big surprise coming from me LOL) i found out today that the test i will be taking is a QUEST test. is this different from an EMIT test? if so, how and will the dilution method still work? i wish i had an "extra" 15 bucks (like there is such a thing as extra money) to take a test now after i haven't smoked since wednesday night.

I hadnt smoked in almost 2 years. This friday one of my friends convinced me to take one large hit and swore I would be fine. I had been job hunting for literally months with no luck. Yesterday I get called for an interview (of course!) I am dont even have the job yet so I have no idea what time frame on testing will be (but I know I will be tested if I get it) The job is out of state so more than likely they will test me the same day so I dont have to drive back an extra time and waste very expensive gas.

What do you guys think and what do you recommend?

You should be fine. Why not get a home test and find out for sure? 2 years, I don't think you'll have a problem.
