its a little hard to do that, since its already done. remember, i only had 20 hours to do so. I posted at 9pm last night, so all the head shops or where ever I can pick quick fix up, would be closed.

I did my test today, my pee was quite clear, except for a slight touch of yellow. They are doing a 5 panel/thc50 and a urine alcohol.
I know I dont have alcohol in my system, but I sure did have thc in it. Well, we'll see. I'll let you know if I'm still at this job, or if I'm in search for a new one

My friends about 300lb 5'7ft tall, he tried weed for the first time on oct 22nd, taking 2 or 3 tokes, he might have an interview in the next few days, will drinkin tons of water help clean it out or not? any CHEAP info would be great, thanks so much!

1 Time, and it's almost 20 days. Water isn't going to help now. Tell him to drink Gatorade the day of the test

Currently I have to take UA's weekly and here's how I pass....
The night before UA I take 2 Water purification tablets (bought at any local walmart) the the day of the UA as soon as I wake up, and until the UA, I pound the water, as much as 3 gallons. 3 hrs before the UA I take another 2 water purification tablets, and 2 hrs before the UA I take 4 Asprins, and continue drinking water. The cops don't ask why my urine is so clear so I void the Vitamin B, but I do drink Monster Energy drinks, 3 of them before the UA, which contains B Vitamins which changes the color a bit, also helps to urinate....Shy blatter, and cops like to eyeball me cause I got busted with the Whizzinator, so now their all out to get a promotion off of me. at anyrate the Dilution method I use works, although I do get a stomach ache after taking the asprins. oh by the way I've only been not using for 6 day's.

Good luck and don't over do it with the water purification tablets...if your weight is under 150 you only need 1 the night before and 1 again 3 hrs before hand....turns anything into clean water...

Ok, so I'm just gonna go through this and tell everyone exactly what I did and will tell everyone my results.

So I haven't smoked in at least 13 days (longer I think but not 100% sure). I'm a regular smoker but have cut down significantly over the past 2 months. I'm 5' 10" and weigh roughly 215 lbs.

I have a test on Monday and today is saturday.

I've taken Golden Seal and Echnicea (took the last dose yesterday). (not too much was doing this before I found the thread).

I started taking Creatine - 4200MG per day (3 pills in the morning 3 at night)

I've been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice.

I've taken Niacin today and yesterday, but will not take anymore tomorrow. (BTW I hate this stuff, makes me feel like I've got the worst sunburn - I hate it). I know it's not needed, but I know people who swear by it.

I'm going to do N2's dillution method + take Vale Triple Strength...

I purchased a boat load of tests... This job is extremely important to me and if I'd known about the test sooner, I wouldn't have smoked... but hindsight is 20/20. I've purchased 3 different tests. From head shops and pharmacies.

I took the first test on Wednesday before I started doing all this and it was positive.

I did a run through with just the Vale triple strength (gag) and the test was negative.
I took another test the following day around 2pm and it was negative.
I took another test the following evening around 8PM and it was negative.
I took a test this morning on the first pee of the day and it was positive (was pretty damn bummed).
I started drinking water and cranberry juice and took 2 more tests today and both were negative.

I started taking rolaids today also.

So Day of will look something like this:

4 aspirin the night before (when I go to bed)
Creatine (around 9AM)
a bunch of water, gatorade and cranberry juice throughout the day.
Light amount of food at some point before Noon.
4 Aspirin at Noon.
Creatine Shortly after Noon.
At approximately 2:00PM I will drink the vale
Pee 4-5 times
Do a home test to make sure I'm good.
Then take the real deal at 3:30ish.

N2, would you suggest any changes to that regimen?

Should I add salt to my beverages? If so, when and how much?

Cross your fingers for me and think good thoughts please...

oh and the reason I'm not taking the vitamins is that vale has a ton of B vitamins in it and it already made my pee yellow.
