Hey guys, thanks for the awesome news that's been posted here. It seems as though this dilution method has worked for a ton of people. It makes a lot of sense that all you need is the creatinine levels to be up and the pee to look yellow, of course with the dilution to get some of those metabs out of there. I'm not really worried at all anymore and it took so much stress off of me.

I have to take a test anytime before January 3rd, and I last smoked was on Dec. 8th. I'm planning on taking my test on Dec. 27 or 28, just wondering how long it takes Quest Diagnostics to get the results, cause I wanna wait as long as I can before I take the test. I feel I should be fine, cause by then it will almost be 3 weeks, and it was only a half a blunt. I also have a fast metab. and I'm 5'6" 150lbs. Any response would be great and thanks a lot to GrillMeats for providing so much of your time to helping a bunch of us out!!!

By the way, it's just the regular 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS test and I also plan on doing a test run.

Do it w/o the aspirin, but take some extra Tums and drink Gatorade instead of water. You might want to eat salty food the day before and day of the test.

Hello. First quickly a little backround. Male 23, 5-9 195 pounds. Ive been a regular user for a few years, heavy over the last 3 months. I stopped smoking today (dec 20th), and assume I will be tested between january 1st and 30th for a new job. Test will most likely be administered by physician during a OSHA/DOT screening. My first question is what do you think would be the timetable to produce a negative (non-thc) result? Since I was a heavy user would it be over 30 days? I am moderatly active but can become more active if its the right thing to do. If the test is sooner, i'll probably have to do some dillution method. But there lies the problem. The drug test is performed an hour drive away, so it's going to be real tough to be able to intake that volume of water, mix the right combo of asprin and b2, etc. I know dillution is a cheap and effective method, but with the drive, and not being able to stop every 15 minutes to urinate, I dont see how I can swing it. I know you arent in the business of promoting products, but im looking for something that will give me a few hours to take the test after taking the product, such as the combination of Superfizzies and Super P Clean available thru a "pass drug test" website. I know thats the same as dillution with similair results. But, it only entails 2 bottles with no use of asprin, rolaids, etc. Also, it states you are "clean" in an hour and a half, alot less then with the dillution method outlined here. With this I could probably arrive early and slug it down in a location with access to a bathroom well in advance. The site also offers a chewable tablet taken 45 minutes before test, taken along with 48 oz of water, and states it is effective for 6 hours after. Would you suggest the super p/fizzie combo, or chewable tablet, or neither and strictly dilute? I don't mind (and realize i'm being a sucker) and paying the extra for these products if they produce the same effect as asprin/b2/dillution method. Thanks for all your help!

Do you have a site with instructions on use and where to buy? Also, is this pretty close to 100%? I really wouldnt want them knowing it was fake urine. Sorry if I sound naive to all this.

ok i havent been on in a while...... and a special thanks to N2 for the dillution method but heres a first for me and hopefully someone has had the similar situation. I have to retest because my test came back negative dilute now my question is, Is there such thing as too many dilutes meaning what will they do if it comes back dilute again?

They can either test you a different way, or make you pay for a retest. Use Gatorade instead of water.

First, thanks N2 and everyone else for the great advice. I have passed 3 or 4 tests using dillution without this guidance but this really validates things for me. It is really important now because I take a pre-employment test tomorrow after being clean for only a few days that could cost me $150,000/yr if I fail!!!

Here are a few products that people might find helpful when dilluting -

1. Potassium Gluconate - Comes as a pill supplement and essentially is sugar and potassium (a primary electrolyte). Potassium also helps your body process a lot of the other stuff you are probably taking.

2 - EmergencyC - Comes as a powder. Has a hell of a lot more electolytes than gatorade including sodium, Vitamins (C, B1-B6, B12, and all of your normal heavy metals (Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, etc). One thing about Emergen-C: It is the most awesome hangover helper!

3 - Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc supplements - same as above. Most are included as a gluconate mixture so more sugars.

In addition, and I can't verify this, I had a very liberal chemistry teacher in high school (about 15 yrs ago!) that explained that alcohol can be helpful in ridding the body of THC due to the fact that most fat soluble chemicals will also be alcohol soluble. Of course once THC is in your fat, nothing alcohol can do for you but it would make sense that it helps to rid your body of THC before it reaches the stage that it is stored in fat. Again, not sure of the accuracy of this but to me it makes sense.

Been reading alot about dilution. Saw N2's excerps and they make alot of sense. I last smoke at the beginnng of the month from the 2nd thru abou the 9th however I only took at the most 2 hits a day. I then got about 5 days later a random drug screen notice to appear for it on the 22nd which is about 13 days later. That night after I got the notice I got a first check (2 of them) home drug test. that was last saturday. I failed that test. No line at all appeard. I then went and got creatine tabs and cranberry juice and started sunday taking 6 creatine tabs a day and drinking a good amount of water and cranberry juice. On tuesday I took the 2nd first check home drug test and I did get a line, although it was a bit faint, I did get one. The next day I went and found 2 at home drug tests. On thursday my 1st pee of the day it gave me a very faint line. Almost non existant. I started drinking cranberry juice and water and had 2 big cups of coffee. on my 3rd void before going to drop at the clinic (which btw they do not monitor me and they do not GS confirm. I assume its a stright emit assay. I know they check for creatine levels at the number 20) i took my 2nd at home drug test and it was a definite negative. I had also taken 12 or so vitamin b 12 tabs so when I dropped at the clinic it was a pretty good shade of yello... not what I hoped it would be but I think yellow enuff. So what do any of ya think? N2? Think I have a good chance here? the test at the 50ng/ml level so I am hoping I was good enuff and by diluting to a degree and taking the creatine 4 days before it should come up okay. Any responces are appreciated.
