Thought Creatine only had to do with validating the sample as far as whether or not it's diluted, is this incorrect? Still trying to figure out how Aspirin comes in? What about salt as I've seen some suggest adding to the gatorade, is this helpful or just another validation item used by the lab that creatine will address. Is it important to use a creatine suppliment, or will Red Meat be enough. How much red meat should be eaten if I don't use the suppliment? Heard nasty things about using this & getting the runs pretty severely so would prefer to use meat if I don't have to eat a whole cow. Will put up with the pain if it makes a difference.

Grillmeats, I got another quick question for you. When im filling out the paper work should I include the creatine, vitamin b2, and asprin as anyting extra im taking or not inculde it. Also if the tester comments on the irregular color from B2 is it safe to say you've been taking vitamins. Thanks again.

No, because those are in your system already. They are testing for drugs, they don't care about the other stuff

When they ask for what you are taking the are really just wanting to know about any script meds. Sec3 can tell you for sure

Not sure if this has been answered, if so sorry. Does adding to n2's guidlines help or not help. example:Adding detox drinks and such to it. I heard what these drinks do is balace creatine levals and specific gravity. any info would help...thanks

It depends on the drink, some have additives that send up a flag for labs
