Probably because I don't need to worry about keeping the color up after diluting. The multivitamin MIGHT not be enough if you are seriously diluting.
It does maintain the color after 3 large mugs of coffee in the morning tho.

I don't recommend that you drink anything that has that much more than you need. What else does it have in it? Why not just take a B-complex vitamin. Not only does it accomplish your goal, but it is also good for you.

i was able to get some b12 and b6.

but for creatine, how much should i take?

yah (whatever his name is to lazy to hit back button) i had a situation like that too.
funny cause i was high when they called the day before to let me know i had to take a test for my job and later that morning my fone alarm goes off with a notice saying that i had a test today and i completely forgot.
which is why i'm diluting now and exercising in hopes of a retest or something but since i have no idea when my retest will be i'm just taking vitamins and all that stuff now.

but in a situation and body type (5'9ish 140 some pounds) similar to him/hers do you think they passed or were able to get a retest?

whats this hear about a 45 minute tablet?

also what do rolaids and tums do? (if anything at all)
would you recommend bleach?

any suggested actions?

try powdered gatorade. mix it in a very concentrated form half water half powder. thats what the tums/rolaids do as well. creatine takes 24-48 hours to take effect. not sure if this will work but the head shop detox drinks may get you the results you need for the specific levels since you are in a tight spot right now.

from what i hear they are the same as dillution just with the added stuff

You were told to report to a drug test by your employer because you were under reasonable suspicion, and you blew off the test? You will be lucky if you get to show up for work tomorrow and claim your personal belongings. If you were my employee, I would just phone you and tell you that I would be shipping your final paycheck and all your personal stuff to your last known address.
