Actually, check that. I have my wife's prenatal vitamins that say they have B6 - 800% and B12 - 150% daily allowance. so I suppose I'll crush and take a few of those. How soon before my NooN test should I pop the vitamins?

Well, no one has responded yet, and I'm going to be leaving soon to go take the test. I've been taking some of the vitamins, but my pee is still clear. We'll see how it goes I suppose. I'll give an update when I get back.

Typically I drink 10-12 glasses of water every day anyway. It's just something I do, and my urine is usually clear or very close to it. What's the problem with that and who cares if they keep making me re-test? Is there a crime against drinking too much water?

Wow so I just had a random UA at the latest point possible at night.
So strange.
Well I clearly wasn't prepared.
I haven't smoked in about 8 days (before that I was a moderate smoker).
All day today I drank a lot of fluids (just for fun though). All day I probably drank around 75+ fl oz. I peed a lot throughout the day. Up until about an hour/hour and a half before the test. Within that timeframe I downed 16.9 fl oz of Propel and 20 fl oz of Gatorade, and some shower water (YUCK), took 3 asprin (don't even know if it will have any effect), 1 b vitamin, 3 rolaids. I was able to pee one more time before the test. I did a sloppy midstream technique. My urine was a vitamin green (mountain dew). Oh and not to mention I've taken creatine supplements Sunday and yesterday, daily servings (the powder kind).

What do you guys think will happen?

so it turns out my test now isnt till the week of june 1st, so i got TONS of time. I'm thinkn if I stop right after 4/20 (perfect timing huh) that'd give me 5 1/2 to 6 weeks of cleanness, which is sweet cause if i took it this week I'd only have had 3 1/2. (vitals: 225lbs, 6' 5", 18 years old male)

so I'm in a good mood, I get to celebrate 4/20. But you guys think that with 6 weeks of cleanness i'd still hafta dillute so harshly? any tips on dilution needed with that long of a clean period? or perhaps no dilution necessary?

You lucky son of a b. Thats plenty of time. If you want you can slightly dilute before the test, although probably not necessary but if you want to make sure you're on the safe side. Also in that final week before the test sometime take an at home test. Do it in the morning so you can use your dirtiest pee and see if its clean. If it is then all systems go.

Well, it turns out that they didn't do it there at their facility. I just had to go there to pick up the paperwork, then head to Concentra to do the pee. It was kind of a cloudy, and only slightly yellow in color. Hopefully after 31 days, I didn't have anything to worry about. Now I just have to worry about their background/credit check and my recent voluntary repo. Damned snoopy employers, constantly infringing on my privacy before they'll even hire me - bastards! But, I'm supposed to start first thing Monday morning, and I didn't hear anything from them yesterday or today. I'm thinking no news is good news at this point, which just leaves tomorrow.

Does anybody know if those 7 day Detox kits from Wal-mart or other similar places help?

Well, all I can say from experience is that Stat! Detox products did not work for me. I followed all directions, and I've been clean for a week, taking their PreTox pills every day. Last night, took Stat! 1 hour flush. Then I used home test. POSITIVE! These pills (if not all the others of that ilk) are junk. Don't waste your money.
I've got ~1 1/2 weeks before the real deal, and I'm gonna be diluting and testing a few times before then. If the tests keep coming back positive, I'm going to be finding someone who can donate their clean pee. I'd suggest you do the same, but if you want to put some faith in herbal stuff, go right ahead, but take a home test first to see if it works.
