Scheduling the test for the afternoon is a very smart move. I think if you remain "well hydrated" throughout the day of the test that should be good enough. You don't need to dilute exactly. Just make sure it is the 3rd or 4th urination of the day and you have enough fluid in your system to pee on command.

So I drank a a normal bottle of gatorade between 8:30 and 10:00...then had a cup and half of coffee and half another bottle of gatorade prior to test that was at 1:00 (spread put from 10:00 to 12:45)...that won't dilute the sample will it? Plus it was a non-DOT test...does that really make a difference?

Been clean for 10 days.

Followed N2's dilution steps, drank some of the expensive flush. Wife tried to give me a sub sample, but she barely squeezed out an oz. Yeah, do not tie the condom, too hard to get it open, I bit it open (yuck).

So, I diluted and took her piddly pee and added to mine. Sample barely registered but the nurse took it. So nervouse I got pee all over the seat... lol

So it was about 3/4 diluted and 1/4 sub. She did a dip test, but did not say anything. Looks like they send the sample out for a P711(9DSP) to a GML courier.

Hope I didn't blow it. The job pays well and is in a part of the country we really want to move to. Will let you all know.

You did ok. I won't be diluted. If it goes to a lab, and it is a 50ng/mL cut off, it won't make any difference if it was non-DOT.

You did good. Be sure to brag about your results when you get them.

I have a few questions about this method. For my previous drug tests I diluted using my own personal method which only involved drinking large amounts of water right before the test. All i used was water, no asprin and no vitamins. They knew i diluted of course and they are getting sick of my games and if i come up dilute again i will have to go in frount of the judge. I was wondering why you have to take the asprin. What is its role in helping you pass your test? If they could tell that i was diluting before with just water do you think they will still be able to tell that i am diluting now? I know this place uses very advanced testing at a lab, but i figure this dilution trick can beat it. Another question is what kind of creatine should i take? my friend just started taking creatine to help him work out. They are big round chewable tablets that come in fruit punch flavor. Are these ok to take? and how much should i take? I will defenenatly be using this method and i will keep everyone updated.

I had a pre-employment drug screen for a job. I was smoke-free for nine days after being a 1/2 joint a day smoker. I wasn't able to find creatine but had red meat for dinner all three days prior to the test. I took a B Complex vitamin that contained B2 and B12. I also took a calcium tablet with magnesium. I drank about 2 litres of water in the four hours before my test and I passed with no problems. Thanks to all who posted for the help.

ok, so, i've been reading about this dilution method, and i have a couple of question.

see, i have this blood disease, it causes me to urinate very often and in high amounts. so in turn, i usually drink 4-8 gallons of water a day. if i wanted to, i could push myself to drink up to 11 gallons of water a day, and maybe/sometimes even more. as a consequence, my urine comes out looking like distilled water... no color whatsoever.

1) do tester look for regular colored urine (yellow) to validate the test?
2) will my inhuman ability to drink massive amounts of water in a short period of time (1 gallon in 15 mins, i sh*t you not) help with the dilution method?

If you have a blood disease that causes you to urinate that often and in that quantity, you have nothing to worry about as far as dilution is concerned. drink as much water as you need to. If you are diluted, to that degree, and I think you would be, where the urine is basically determined not to be human urine (because there is not enough of the stuff to make it urine), a MRO should call you. All you would need to do is explain your blood disease to the MRO, along with your treating physician's name and any medications you are taking for your condition.
