Hey - if you replace gatorade with water and do not take the creotine, does that work the same way?

Casers -- I think the reason for the gatorade is to help with the specific gravity or one of those things. It has electrolytes and such where as water doesn't. I know a lot of the govt. tests now test for SG and adulterants and all of those things to see if you've diluted with water, etc. That's where drinking the gatorade helps (and taking the creatine). I'm new at this so read, read, read but basically that's the reason for something other than strictly drinking lots of water.

The reason you got quick, short, sharp answers from Grillmeats and me are because the methods for dilution are posted in stickies. They are stickies because, they are methods with a lot of time and research that have been proven to give the best results. Nothing is 100% fool proof to pass a drug test. Even with substitution something could go wrong. I guess the best way would be to use an example. You need to wash your hair for a date. You ask can I just use water instead of shampoo. The answer is NO!!!!! Because your hair will get wet, but it won't get clean. I know that is a stupid example but hope you get the point. You need to follow the directions exactly to get the best possible results.

Rite Aid's got those home test thingies near me for $11.99....so with 19 days of not smoking and another 13 until I have a test I decided to see just how fast my metabolism is....

the verdict: a FAINT line under the negative line and a perfect control line....

I guess the job is mine. Home drug tests....do wonders to increase peace of mind.

Oh gosh, I didn't think I'd be back here but I am.
So I just took another UA.
I don't even know where to begin...
The last time I smoked was around 7 hours ago..
about 2 and a half bowls.
I drank around a good 48fl oz around an hour before the test. and many hours leading up to it I drank many liquids.
given I have a fairly fast metabolism and little body fat.
also, I don't know if this would be relevant at all but..I did throw up today, maybe that helped get a little more out of my system?

Think I'll pass or get a dilute? Or just straight up fail?
How fast does THC metabolize in your body?
Is 7 hours enough time for it to metabolize or is it just floating around in your system?
I heard that you're more likely to pass if you take a UA shortly after you smoke since the THC hasn't been able to metabolize, can anyone confirm this?
Could 30mg of Adderall (amphetamine) been cleared from my system within this amount of time?
Someone please help with this stress I must endure.

If you have a prescription for the adderal, you will be fine with that. If you don't, well, that is off topic and irrelevant to this forum.

How much and when did you last smoke before the last time (7 hours prior to your test)?

IF you only smoked that one time in about a month, you probably could pass. If you smoked off and on throughout the past month, I would say chances are slim.

48 ounces is a lot of fluid to drink without the creatine suppliments or vitamins. If you don't receive a dilute result I would be surprised.
