It was a dry run, and I never blamed anyone for anything... it wasnt RIGHT before the test it was 12 hours, I didn't expect any miracles, like I said I just wanted to test it out. I didn't think I was going to pass I just wanted to get a feel for things. Im not stupid enough to smoke the day of or anything like that, I just wanted to get a feel for the method. If I fail its my fault for not reading the guidlines. So yeah... where I did blame you again.

If you don't abstain from smoking pot for a while you get any miracles. As an example: there is a cut off point for drug test. You are just under the cut off and will pass. Then you smoke one more joint. OH OH, you are over the limit and fail. In other words you can't increase your chances of passing when you keep putting THC in your system.

so ive passed the cvs test this morning. yay i guess. ready 4 the real1. my question is: since im a vegetarian, do they still expect me to have substantial levels of creatinine in my system? in the paperwork do they even ask about your regular diet? is there a non red meat alternative for it? tu all.

They don't care about your diet, just the amount of THC metabolites in your system. Don't offer any info that they don't ask for.

How much creatine should I be taking daily? Any particular brand(s) I should get ? Does it matter if it's powder form vs pills?

Take 1 1/2 - 2 times the recommended dose.

I am a moderate to heavy smoker and took a 10 panel drug test today (May 31) at LabCorp. I haven't smoked since May 9th, which is when I found out I would have to take the test today. I am a male, weigh 135 lbs, am about 5' 11", and have a VERY fast metabolism. I diluted using n2's technique today and also supplemented the prescribed routine with "The Liquid Stuff" about 3 hours before the test. I know that the majority of users on here think that detox drinks are useless and they are probably are, but I just need to do things like this to reassure myself because I was extremely paranoid - in 3 years of smoking this was my first drug test. I took a firstcheck home drug test yesterday and passed, though the line for thc was a bit fainter than the other drugs. What do you all think my chances for passing today's test are?

If you used the first void of the day on the home test, it sounds good.

So its me again.

I just took another UA for a different job.
I was unaware of this.

But before this I smoked 15 days ago about 3 small bowls worth and before that I was a light smoker, 1-2 times a week.
I'm rather active and have a very fast metabolism.

However I only drank 49floz of fitness water and wasn't able to take any other steps in diluting.

Chances of passing?
I mean awhile ago I passed a UA after not smoking for about a week or so but throughout that day I drank a lot of liquid and took 4 asprin about an hour prior to the test (not sure if that would've affected it).
