THe saleslady said drink it and start drinking water again, wait an hour, and within the hour u must pee 3x at least. So I did all this. On top of already drinking 1 1/2 liters of water( exactly 49 oz.). After taking drink drank another 20 0z of water and peed 6x before I took the test.I am not confident.

Dilution probably will work for you. If you can substitute, that would be the best thing. Buy some Quick Fix 4.0, practice after reading the substitution sticky and practice some more. Purchase some home tests and test yourself at varying stages of dilution so you know just how much you need to get a negative reading.

Dilution for you probably will work, but it is a gamble. IF you can sub, the only difficult thing is getting the temp right. After practice, it is pretty easy, then you don't have to worry until you hear from the employer. Once they accept the substitution, you will know the QF will test clean.

Thanks for the info, I thought about subsititution but I have to get a physical and take the urine test, so there will really be nowhere for me to hide the urine I believe, I have not scheduled my physical yet and as of now it has been 3 days since I have smoked, I wont be taking the test anytime before next tuesday so by that point it will be 8 days with no smoking, I don't know if that changes anything or not. My test will be done at concentra and they told me that the first part is a drug alcohol screen then a vision and hearing test. They said the whole process should take an hour. Am I making a mistake by assuming concentra only does urine test? Also I was wondering, I keep reading, with having to take the test next week, should I be eating high fiber or high fat at this point, and also should I be working out everyday until the test or not?
