I think if you are not positive, you will be dilute at the least. You did the best you could at the time, with the info you had. Good luck to you.

Dilution for you probably will work, but it is a gamble. IF you can sub, the only difficult thing is getting the temp right. After practice, it is pretty easy, then you don't have to worry until you hear from the employer. Once they accept the substitution, you will know the QF will test clean.

I just did a quick check of Concentra's website and found out that they are partnered with Advanced Toxicology Network. That is another lab where I send specimens. They don't do hair testing however; I am not sure and they don't mention if they do saliva. For sure they do urine though.

| Honestly Thank you guys for everything. Everyone has been so helpful and I really appreciate it. Most forums just crush and bash newbies, especially newbies coming on and asking questions so I really apprecaite all the help from everyone. I just bought my Creatine, Vitamin B, and an at home test as well as a box of quickfix. I hope all of this works out well, but even if it doesn't its my own responsibility, so again thanks a lot, and whether this works or not I wish I could roll a nice one to share with all of you. I will post my results whenever I get them, my test is sometime next week. And I plan on staying active on this board. Gotta give something back to the community. |

| Is it possible to get a result of "negative-dilute" from a urine test if you use this dilution method? Or does this dilution method guarantee there will not be a dilute result and only a negative result? It is important for people to know the answer to these questions because they need to know that their result may come out negative-dilute if they use this dilution method. Because I think some employers consider the negative-dilute the same thing as being positive. I might be wrong on that though? If it is true people need to know that because then they might decide to use a clean substitute instead of using the dilute method. Any feed back on this would be greatly appreciated. |

| Hey guys, I am just starting to load my body with creatine and picked up the monohydrate creatine pills from gnc. It says on thebottle to take 5 pills after a workout, but I am not working out leading up to my test just in case my substituton can not be used or something. I am wondering though, how much creatine should I be taking a day? I see that the method says to start raising my creatine levels, but how many pills should I be taking? Thanks guys |
