Ok here is my situation. 39 years old smoked heavily for 20+ years. I smoked every day using a vaporizer and smoked several times a day. I quit smoking all together 50 days ago. I am 270 lbs and 6'1" and I ride an excercise bike 5 times a week for 30 minutes a day since I quit. I have a slow metabolism. I lost my job and have a good chance at a new job but they do a urine test. I bought the home test kit but wanted to wait for my first urine of the morning to test. Do I stand a chance of passing without diluting? The test will probably be in 10-14 days so I will have been stopped for 60+ days. I know there is no gaurantee but I read through all 50 something pages and didn't see anyone with my stats so I thought I'd ask.

While your usage was heavy (and so are you, but from your exercise routine, not for long), I think you will still pass, especially after 60+ days of abstinance. the exercise bike helps burn the Fat cells containing the THC. It is recommended that you stop exercising about 4 days prior to your test to keep from burning additional fat cells and releasing the THC contained in them.

I admire you for the drastic turn-around in your lifestyle. Good luck with that.

Thank you for your response sec3. It is the hardest thing I ever did to quit smoking weed because I enjoyed doing it so much. I used to smoke 3 packs of cigarettes per day and that habit was easier to break for me. There was nothing like kicking back at the end of a stressful day and enjoying a few hits. I have an addictive personality and the smoking really had control of my life and it was just my time to quit. I will miss it though. Thanks again.

Hey man I just had to comment on that. Yes you are right. Nothing like after a long hard day. Once settled in at home to toke a few puffs off the old pipe. But no. They want to take that away from us as well. Yes it is very relaxing. I find a lot of this very unfair. Can't wait to retire and grow my own head stash.

Well I took the test I got from CVS this morning and it came up negative so I'm thinking I'm OK. I did get the job offer and will be starting in 2 weeks and will have to test then. Thanks for your help!

Hi -- I am a freaking pothead. I stopped smoking 4 and a half days ago -- been exercising like a fiend -- bought Strip NC. Took a walmart home THC test tonight and failed. Does anyone know if this StripNC stuff was truly worth the $50.00?? It contains 1000mg of creatine which hopefully I can metabolize some of by tomorrow at 3pm. At this point I am basically trying everything I can as I have a whizz test tomorrow and I want this $70K/year job.....

Save your 50 bucks. The only thing that will help you pass is either synthetic or a clean sample from a friend. Substitution is your only hope.
