Hey thanks sec2. I plan on just sticking to the initial Dilution method from page 1 but using powerade or gatorade instead of water. I didn't realize that would give me the sodium needed. As for dry runs, I will do one today (without the creatine) to see where I stand. Once I have my actual test date, I will start doing the creatine 4 days prior (I have the Twinlab creatine pills). If I am able to get a hold of a test kit with an adultarent check, I will test at home with this to confirm I am ok in regards to creatine levels. Hopefully I will be ok by the time my real test comes along. Will keep board posted

Was a big time toker, everyday for about 12 years and have to take a test friday. I stopped smoking about 5 weeks ago. I am 6' and 200 lbs, fairly muscular. I took an at home test from Walgreens and the line was very faint but passing I believe. Do you think I should attempt the Dilution method described? Or does the faint line mean Ill be ok for the actual test? I beleive the cutoff for the Walgreens test was 15 ng/ml. Any advice will help.

I am a casual smoker. I accidentally smoked half of a doobie one week before my urine test (kicking myself later that night). Previously I had not smoked for a month and only casually with friends (not chronic). I am 5'10" and about 180 lbs., should I be concerned enough to go with the dilution method or will the THC pass through my system in time?

Sorry to make light of this quote, but it sounds like something my Grandson would say if he did something he wasn't supposed to. It was a accident Poppa!!!
Take a home test with your first pee of the morning. If you pass that you are good to go. If you don't pass it, do the dilution method. Good luck.

Okay. I would GREATLY appreciate someone being able to answer my questions, but first a little background: I am (female) 5'3, 120lbs (roughly), and was a pretty consistent smoker (a few hits at night about 5 days a week, for about 5 months), I have been abstaining since June 18th, so I will be 26days clean the day of the test. I have a pre-employment test this Friday. It will also include a physical, they will be giving me a 'Rapid Drug Test' (thats what is on the paper), also they will be doing blood work, and giving me a UA to check Alb., Spec. Gravity, and Glucose. On the paper it also says to fast (I assume for the blood work) so can I still use this dilution method? Will they be able to detect the gatorade and other stuff? I've read all 60 pages in this thread, and I still have a few questions! Here they go: (assuming I can still use this method, due to the fasting)

1. When do I start taking the creatine supplements? I bought some today, and I plan on eating as much red meat as possible. Also, should I take the recommended dosage or increase it?

2. Seeing as I am smaller should I still take the same amount of asprin and everything?

3. I also got B-complex vitamins, they will work right?

4. Do ya'll think I have a good chance?

I do plan to do a home test Thursday morning using my first pee of the day. My test is also at 8:45am (well thats my appt. time for everything. I'm assuming they'll do that test first.... anyways, ya'll are great. A lot of good info, and thanks if ya answer my questions!!!

No doubt. Anyways took the test this morning and everything checked out. Thanks.

Just a note that in Canada the test kits are not allowed to be retailed by stores such as Wal-mart and London Drugs. I was able to purchase a kit at a pot specialty store. Not to sure how they got around the law.

OK, so I failed my test -- however if possible, one should truly attempt to find out what kind of test they will be taking. In my case, they skipped the screening altogether and went right to GC/MS for some 120 employees, of which some 25 failed (HAHAHA). Personally with 5 days of clean time and N2's dilution instructions, I rang in at 25ng/ml (cutoff on GC/MS is 15ng/ml) with a creatinine level of 39.9 ( > 20 is "normal",) being a seriously heavy smoker (1/8oz. per day!) This goes to prove that given enough time, and enough dilution, it is VERY POSSIBLE to pass a test. Personally, I don't care anymore as I have another job which guarantees me they do not test. Thank you all for your tips/advice through this stupid soiree.
