No one expects you to retain all the fluid you drink until you finish. At least I think that is what you are saying, that you can't hold your bladder until you drink all 8 glasses of liquid. Once your body is saturated, that's it. You will have to pee. That is ok. The idea is to dilute, not to overfill your bladder. If that is all you can hold, then that is what you can do. The idea of dilution is to add as much water, (with added creatinine, electrolytes, b2, etc) to lessen the concentration of THC per mL of urine. If your bladder gets to be as full as it can possibly be and you need to urinate, then by all means do so. Then the fluid you continue to drink will continue to dilute your urine.

Mild dilution is using the recommended dilution method, but cutting the recommended intake of fluid either by 1/4 or 1/2, depending on what you feel you need based on past usage, home test results, length of time since your last use, your metabolism, testing circumstance, etc. For example, if you are taking a physical immediatly prior to giving a drug test specimen, you don't want to have your bladder so full that when the doc checks your prostrate you spring a leak In a case such as that, you could just drink enough so you can hold your bladder during the physical, but have some extra (more than normal) amount in the bladder to "mildly dilute".

You have done your homework and should be able to determine what you need to successfully dilute. Be smart about it and don't let the paranoia and fear rule your brain. You can do it

Thanks sec. I will do at least 2 more practice runs to see what works best for me and maybe I'll get lucky and actaully start testing clean without any dilution in next week or so. Either way, I think I should be ok. Just need to relax a bit I guess.

I just used the excuse on my new boss. Since power is out in 300,000 homes in St. Louis right now after the storm in the middle of a heat wave.. it sounds reasonable. I bought myself 10 more days. This will make 16-18 days post smoking the one bowl and 12-14 days post taking just one hit off of another bowl. Do you think that this is a long enough wait that I can piss clean when I get back w/ out the Dillusion or Substitution methods?

While you are "in Florida" on your 10 day vacation, try testing yourself. Use the first morning pee. There is a chance you could be clean in that amount of time, there is also a chance you won't be clean. Only you can test yourself. We can't do it for you.

I plan on buying two tests. I'll use the first morning halfway through the week and then at the end. If I need I can always say that my flight got in late and I need one more day. I think I am safe but I'm definetly not going in not knowing whether I am clean or not. If I'm still not clean the morning of, I am going to Dilute as directed.
